What happens if I ordered the wrong product (color, size, type)?
Don't worry, we will replace it, of course! To do this, please return the original product to us. To find the most cost-effective solution, please contact us!
IMPORTANT! If the harness size was incorrect, please take photos of the harness on your dog from the side, front, and top before returning it. It is recommended to have someone assist you with this.
Customized products cannot be returned!
Please note that if the returned product is contaminated, the cleaning cost will be deducted from the refundable purchase price. If cleaning is unsuccessful, or if the product is returned damaged or shows signs of use beyond simple trial, the depreciation of the product will be deducted from the purchase price.
